The help received was great and very responsive when I needed it. The only reason I did a 4 star was because you can see thru it more than I through it more than I expected. Banner Buzz was very good about showing the quality before printing and going any futher. I would buy from then again.

I can't express how pleasantly surprised I am to have had such amazing service today from Daisy Victors regarding a super important order I needed handled right away. She answered all my questions and helped make something possible I didn't think would be! Definitely going to continue using Banner Buzz for all future orders.

Their customer support and design team is a nightmare! I have ordered a flyer, designed literally in the template they provided, yet it took 4 hours to get them to crop it correctly.

Ordering was very easy and customer service was good.

There are no words for how poor this customer service is. I submitted my order over a month from when I needed it in hand. They waited to contact me about an issue 20 days after I placed my order. I answered their question within the same day. I had to follow up with them to see when my order would ship. They said it was still on hold due to an issue. I let them know I had answered said question. I told them I needed it in hand by a certain day and they are charging me $90 because it now has to be expedited.... They wouldn't cover the expedited charge even though it was their poor management and communication that made this happen. I even tried to cancel my order since this was the case and they would not do that. Poorest customer service. They even told me I would speak to a supervisor and I never got the call back that they said was coming.
